• All airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Buyer agrees not to alter, modify or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft replica.
• Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the state or federal law.
• Buyer agrees to never openly display or expose airsoft replica in a public or exposed to public view.
• Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all spectators and bystanders have proper eye protection before operating an Airsoft replica.
• Buyer will hold Airsoftguns.us.com, its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
• Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on with Airsoftguns.us.com are sourced in California, where any future disputes will take place.
• Airsoftguns.us.com products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of these products other than airsoft is not recommended.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
